The Arcade mode is a standard “Fight eight characters” to beat the mode, and it doesn’t feel like they threw much more extra things into the mix outside that. If you are someone who doesn’t think much of a game‘s Arcade Mode, that’s fine and understandable. With Soul Calibur 6, that issue sadly continues to linger. It did what it needed to do, but compared to the other games in the series, it left fans wanting so much more. Grievances with Arcadeīesides a good chunk of the cast getting replaced in Soul Calibur V, one other issue some had with the game was the underwhelming arcade mode.
